As a part of a larger campaign aimed at spreading awareness on Suicide prevention in Sri Lanka, Child, Adolescent and Family Services along with a group of young and passionate individuals and professionals in the field of psychology will be commencing a public awareness walk on the 10th of September, where the world commemorates the international suicide prevention day. The walk will commence from Water's Edge, Battaramulla leading up to the Amphitheater at Viharamahadevi Park where the crowds gather to light a candle at 8.00 pm for those who have lost their lives due to suicide.
